
Okay so today i had a half of bowl of bran cereal for breakfast
for lunch i had Boneless chicken carrots and Broccoli
and for dinner a hand full of macaroni and cheese , 4 Boiled Barbeque chicken and broccoli with carrots
Around 5 i will do 20 minutes of running , Squats 4x10, Crunches
